National Parks In Sri Lanka

There are several national parks in Sri Lanka.These are,Yala national park, Wilpattu national park,Udawalawa national park, and Kumana national park.

YALA NATIONAL PARK.

                                        Yalanational park is located in southern Sri Lanka near of Kirinda city. This park covered large area from south to east at one border side indian ocean.You can visit yala by safari jeepswith guides from the department ofwild animals. Always they help to visitors comming to yala.There is good accomadation and restaurant facilities at the Yala Safari Hotel in yala.there are many kind of animals like elephants,deeers,leopards ect...and various kind of birds.

UDAWALAWA PARK.

                                     Udawalawa national park located in near about Ambilipitiya city. This park is the specialy for wild elephants So many elephants in Udawalawa park.There is a elephant orphanage too.We can see orphaned baby elephants there.People of the department of wild animals they lookafter them. Udawalawa park is a very beautyful and more natures than others.....

WILPATTU PARK.
                                    Wilpattu national park located in the north western Sri Lanka near the Puttalam city. This park has been closed more than 25 years, because of terrorist activities was there.Now it has opened for visitors. Very naturals, and various kind of plants, wild animals, flowers small water pools,butterflies,insects, ect.....

KUMANA NATIONAL PARK.

                                   Kumana national park is the specially for birds, look like birds paradise...
